Reporting

If you encounter behavior or content that violates the Community Guidelines, you can report it.

How to report

Report a participant (in a room or session)

  1. Tap the participant's avatar to open their profile preview
  2. Tap Report
  3. Select the reason for your report
  4. Add any additional details and submit

Report a session

  1. While in the session, open the session menu
  2. Tap Report this Session
  3. Select the reason and submit

Report from a profile

  1. Navigate to the user's profile (via Search or Connections)
  2. Tap Report
  3. Select the reason and submit

Report via email

For urgent safety concerns or situations that can't be reported in-app:

What happens after you report

  • Standard reports are reviewed within 24 hours
  • Safety-critical reports (threats, CSAM, doxxing) are escalated immediately
  • You'll receive a notification when your report is resolved
  • Reports are confidential — the reported user is not told who filed the report

What to include

The more detail you provide, the faster we can act:

  • What happened and when
  • The username of the person involved
  • Any relevant context (was it during a specific session, was it a one-time or repeated behavior)
