Reporting
If you encounter behavior or content that violates the Community Guidelines, you can report it.
How to report
Report a participant (in a room or session)
- Tap the participant's avatar to open their profile preview
- Tap Report
- Select the reason for your report
- Add any additional details and submit
Report a session
- While in the session, open the session menu
- Tap Report this Session
- Select the reason and submit
Report from a profile
- Navigate to the user's profile (via Search or Connections)
- Tap Report
- Select the reason and submit
Report via email
For urgent safety concerns or situations that can't be reported in-app:
What happens after you report
- Standard reports are reviewed within 24 hours
- Safety-critical reports (threats, CSAM, doxxing) are escalated immediately
- You'll receive a notification when your report is resolved
- Reports are confidential — the reported user is not told who filed the report
What to include
The more detail you provide, the faster we can act:
- What happened and when
- The username of the person involved
- Any relevant context (was it during a specific session, was it a one-time or repeated behavior)
