Hosting a Session
Here's how to create and launch a live session on Aria.
Going live
- Tap the Go Live button (center of the tab bar)
- Choose your space type:
- Private Room — Invite-only, campfire layout
- Public Campfire — Open, campfire layout
- Public Session — Open, stage layout
- Subscriber Session — Subscribers only, stage layout
- Add a title for your session
- Select a topic to help people find you
- Set content warnings if your session may contain mature themes
- Tap Go Live
Tips for a great session
- Pick a clear title — Let people know what to expect before they join
- Set a topic — This helps Aria surface your session to the right audience
- Use content warnings — Be upfront about mature or sensitive topics
- Start on time — If you schedule a session, respect your audience's time
Scheduled sessions
You can schedule sessions in advance. Scheduled sessions appear in the Discover feed before they start, giving your audience a chance to plan to attend.
Content warnings
If your session may discuss mature themes, set an appropriate content warning during creation. This is part of your responsibility as a host — see the Community Guidelines for expectations.
