Hand Raise

In Stage sessions (Public Sessions and Subscriber Sessions), listeners can raise their hand to request to speak.

How it works​

  1. As a listener, tap the Raise Hand button in the in-room controls
  2. The host sees your raised hand and can choose to invite you to the stage
  3. If invited, you'll receive a prompt to join as a speaker
  4. Accept the invitation and your microphone will be enabled

Step back​

If you're on the stage and want to return to the audience, tap Step Back. This voluntarily moves you back to listener mode without leaving the session.

Host controls​

The host can:

  • See all raised hands in order
  • Invite specific listeners to the stage
  • Mute or remove speakers
  • Toggle whether hand-raising is enabled for a session

Tips​

  • Keep your hand raised until you're either invited or decide to lower it
  • Be ready to speak when you raise your hand — the host may invite you at any time
  • If you're invited to a recorded session's stage, you'll be asked for recording consent before your mic activates
